I installed it in the addon section because it had a info.txt file with it and it works fine but the problem is how to play as one of the players included in the package.

I don't understand what you mean by this.
Its a download of a player mod tool.
You still haven't told us enough about your problem for us to give you a decent response. Give us more information or it is wasting our time.
I don't know how to operate this addon because it came with no instructions.
What is the addon? Is it a player models pack? If so you may try the Options tab in your Q menu.
