Does garrys's mod + ccs come with half life 2 textures?

Does garrys's mod + ccs come with half life 2 textures? some people said that it did.

Counter-Counter-Strike should come with HL2 Textures if you get the HL2 Maps with it in the Map Selection, and I think it uses the "Source (Models, Sounds, Materials, etc...).gcf" so maybe, I am not too sure because I didn't buy CSS with GMod.
