Dedicated server issues.

Okay, I realize that there are a lot of questions like this out now. But the chance of people responding to them are less, I think anyway.

Question:

Whenever I create my SRCDS server, I get it all set up, I forward the right ports, but my IP is internal, and therefore nobody can join, anybody have any advice for me?

Try program called Hamachi. If someone have to join he must have Hamachi.

(I don't really know anything about SRCDS Servers)

That's the main problem, I guess most people don't have it, but I'll try it out.

EDIT: Also, my router is Netgear, so forwarding ports isn't as easy as other routers :/

EDIT: I read on another thread that if you use your external IP (mine happens to be 92.19.107.213), it connects, but still nothing.
It says "Connection failed after 4 retries".

(Also, this came up: Network: IP 192.168.0.11, mode MP, dedicated No, ports 27015 SV / 27005 CL)
I have no idea what this is.
