Ok, I recently had a friend who was permabanned on my server, this was not on purpose although i was not there.
He is getting the error:
Disconnect: Kicked by Console: " "Being Banned"
This is apparently because he left when he was being banned, although i am unsure.
It has become a problem and would like it if anyone could help
Do you use Evolve/Assmod/ULX?
