Mad Cows SWEPS Ammo

I was trying to make it so that everyone, not just admins can get ammo on my DarkRP dedicated server. I use mad cows SWEPS and thats the one with like 9mm, fuel tank, 4.6mm w/e. No one can spawn it and I can't figure out the lua i have to change to make it so that EVERYONE can access this stuff. Please help.

If you have assmod you should be able to change restrictions on your server.

I had ASSmod but it wouldnt save the admins, (and me as owner) so i switched to ULX

I don't think you can change restrictions in ULX. You can try having both.

I dont want ASSmod though. I dont like how it works, I just want to let players get there ammo.

You can try adding it as a buyable shipment.

How would i do that? I have only had my server for a week and Im still learning lua =(

one more thing, how do i look at lua like that in the guide, i have to use notepad and its very messy

And while you're at it, you may as well download [url=http://code.google.com/p/npp-gmod-lua/]this plugin[/url] which recognises the Lua code used in Gmod.
