Gmod Sprint/Run Speed Fix?

Hello Everyone i have a question...
in gmod when you press swift you can run faster than friggin sonic the hedgehog! Now i wonder... is ther a way to download something or change the speed of the sprint cuz its really annoying when you drive around in a car in e.x big_city an you suddenly you see a frigin gman or whatever pass you by att 200/mph!
there must be somekinda of fix?
anything anyone?
