Xenon Servers are great. They sponsor 3 of our clans servers. They are great.
If you open a billing ticket, I might be able to help you get the payment through without verifying the card.

I had the same problem with finder servers and Xenon server is the best.
The only thing that sucks is that there are only servers in Dallas :S
