Now before you jump at me for posting here instead of TnB this seems to be a problem relating with only my computer + GMOD. Now i always used to be able to play on TnB with no problems or excessive bufferoverflows but recently i have been unable to connect for more than five minutes without either A) Getting buffer overflow net message or B) G MOD crashing all together. TnB is the only server i have this problem with. Even if i get in game the server the server seems to fps lag yet my computer is more than able to run it on the highest settings and even if i lower my settings it still does the same thing. Here is a screenshot enclosed of my console usually before i get the buffer over flow or crash.
Also i have tried reinstalling GMOD but to no avail.

This happens to me sometimes, but keep trying to connect. It usually works on the 2nd or 3rd time.

That's what i get before crashes anyone know how to fix this?
I heard you do myinfo_bytes 8192 in console.
The problem doesn't go away for me.
