As you well know, whenever an update is released, the new code conflicts with the old code, and creates soul-destroying bugs. So, what if a few volunteers were to offer their services to test each new update before it was released?
Whilst this would cause updates to become less frequent it would allow them to become much more stable. It would be necessary for each volunteer to have a different range of addons, and of course be willing to have their copy of Gmod potentially made unplayable for a period of time.
So, what do you lot think?
It's called the GMod beta.
I would participate! Just for the heck of having new features.
