since gmod 13 came out sv_alltalk doesnt work on my server. ive tried using the ulx sv_alltalk command for on and off and also ive tried to use the rcon and console commands and they dont work. theres another thread on here where someone gets it to work, but using a lua function and to put it in the gmod folder which would make alltalk always on. i want to be able to turn it on and off on command, anybody know how to fix this prob?
