It's not an error. It's a skiddie using a source exploit to upload a file to the autorun/server folder on the server.
Go figure.

Well i deleted it and thanks for the tutorial..
But i still get the same symptoms.. Even though the file in autorun/server has been deleted and the ban list cleared...
Could this be another file?
(All that is located in lua/autorun/server is "admin_functions.lua")
EDIT: It was found in /addons/counter-strike/lua/autorun/server/
