I will attempt to start a single player game or join a multiplayer game and during the loading screen I will crash. I am not using a steam beta and have minimum specs met (Refer to pc specs below) this is very irritating and has been happening since last week i would like to know how to fix this i have tried google so dont say ANYTHING about google.
I have reinstalled and DELETED my garrysmod folder multiple times

AMD 2.3 GHZ Athlon X2 (that means dual core in case you didn't know)
2 gigs of ram
283 GBS of HDD space
Ati Radeon 4850 1 gigabyte model
500 WATT psu
cd/dvd writer drive
Nforce 480 Mobo
