I'm not too sure whether this has been answered, but is there a way to pack stuff into a gma file?
I have some old stuff I want to throw into an addon to use in garrysmod, but legacy addons don't work for me right now plus this doesn't increase load times like the legacy addons. (yes I renamed my info.txt to addon.txt but no luck)
I know that workshop automatically packs it into a gma, but I really don't want to upload something that isn't mine just for this.
First and final bump. I just want a sure-fire answer. Even if it should be a no.
A gma can only be mounted if you're subscribed to it on the workshop anyway, so the only way is through the workshop. You could try changing visibility to hidden though.
