HI im askign if there is a GMod 11(hoping) would i have to buy it again just wondering as some of my friends say that if u own GMod then u get the new ones free

There is no such thing as GMod 11.
GMod 10 is the final version, sure Garry updates it, but there will never be a GMod 11.

Its "Garry's Mod". No number.
The number was removed when it was put into steam.
Buy Garry's Mod on steam and receive all the future updates/patches.
