Is there a way to download all the maps that that gamemode runs? I dont have hl2 but i do have hl2 ep1, 2, dm but it says im missing maps.

How would it be illegal? Gmod runs the maps from the games. Its just a modification and a gamemode.
If you download content from another game like EP2 (say the maps and textures etc) it would be illegal
And why would you only have Episode one and two but not Half-Life 2???

No, i do have hl2 for normal xbox, and i got orange box for xbox 360 but i just dont have it for the pc, i got everything else on pc except hl2, portal.
I run the hl2 campaign gamemode server that you are probably looking to join. No, there is no way to get the maps legally because you do not own half-life 2 on the PC.

Why in the name of god would you buy Valve games for XBOX when you have a PC? Even shitty PCs can hold such games.

that's what happened with me. i couldnt get the PC version until a machine in my house could handle it.
