• rp_downtown_v2 is boring

I'm tired of seeing the majority of RP servers running this map. It's gotten bland, everyone knows of every single little corner of this map already. There isn't anything interesting in it anymore, stop using it.
Maybe to you, but the fun of RP is that it keeps creating new things.
It is boring lets cry for a new one.

Choose a different server if you don't like the map. Obviously someone likes it if many servers are using the map.
I'm fine with it. It may not be big or great looking, but it will run on a lot more computers than, say, evocity. Knowing where everything is helps the RP sometimes. Just like the government with aliens visiting earth, I can neither confirm or deny that it will be finished and released. I like Precinct_6/Downtown_V3, but no one plays it. Taco communities hate it because it has the word downtown in it, and DarkRP servers hate it because it's not Downtown_V2. Good map though.

Downtown_V2 makes me cry. I mean, who really uses the sewers (not including drug-labs and money printers of course). I loved V1 much more.
I've used the sewers in ways which would make dark rp look like a horror movie.... I've set up wire rangers to sling out explosive props into cops... Deathfalls, Spearswings,Manhack Cages... You name it I've done it at least once.

Just run evocity or cscdesert, those two and downtown2 are the best rp maps, I would like to see mountain village tho
evocity is much better, its 10 times bigger and it wont get bored. BUT, maybe its a little bit to big.

Yeah running evocity for scene building gets kinda lonely when no ones around to fuck up your shit or randomly call you a minge and shoot you with an AK-47... I hate to admit it I think sometimes DM'ers make it a little more fun for all of us.
