What's this mean ; how do I fix it?

Please excuse the file name, I was very stressed and excruciatingly angry when my game crashed.

These could be the reasons:
[LIST]
[*]Addon interfirance
[*]You :yarr:'ed Gmod
[*]dxlevel is not set to -81 or -80
[*]Your steam is :yarr:'ed
[*]Garry's mod was not installed properly
[*]You have a LUA virus
[/LIST]
And calm down its not the end of Garry's mod. Hurr
I own GMod legally, hurf. I guess the update broke LuaMenu FOUR WEEKS AGO.
