I downloaded a bunch of stuff, maps vehicles, guns, models(ragdolls), and i dont know where to put the files HELP!!!

In case you didn't understand the picture, any folder that has a info.txt file in it, the folder goes into the \steam\steamapps\[username]\garrysmod\garrysmod\ directory.
If the folder does not have a info.txt file in it, everything inside the folder (lua, materials, models, etc.) are moved to the \steam\steamapps\[username]\garrysmod\garrysmod\ directory. If it asks you to merge the folders together, click "Yes".
