ive had this problem ever siince i downloaded gmod 10 and i cant kill any npc or explode anything i really want to fix this problem its any npc i kill and as for the explosions i can use grenades and the rocket launchers but i cant explode barrels or anything like that.... PLEASE HELP i used all my remaining money from my bday and stuff to get this and i dont want this to be wasteful

Dude, I would just go ahead and get a new computer. Start mowing lawns, save up some cash, and maybe sell your old one to a place that recycles electronic equipment. That might also get ya some money for other things, like games.
Heres a cheap solution, figure out what type of ram you need, find a computer junkyard or some junkyard that has some broken computers, harvest for cheap and test the cards out.
Mines is Windows Vista and 1014 MB RAM and I still have it.
