Is it possible to get Spacebuild SVN without tortoise SVN?

The name of the thread pretty much says it all, i really don't want this program in system.

Everyone says that all the essential's for gmod such as Phx, wiremod, etc are in SVN's which require tortoise Svn.

i was able to get Phx SVN from a direct link on its site and Wiremod SVN off of a thread in the Wiremod forums.

So there must be one for space build and liife support laying somewhere on the internet, or perhaps someone can e-mail the folder to me? Can someone please give me hand with this?
