Do you own Counter Strike : Source? Because Gmod uses a lot Css textures. If you dont have it, might as well stay in Single Player.

I think thats rp_downtown v2 and it use cs:s ...
If you have cs:s try reinstaling gmod.

If that is a rp server I think it is.
I guess he also then sees loads of errors and stuff cause of wire and phx.
