Player Rank by time spent

Hello, I searched on the internet, and didnt found anything working, because i have server and i need it to something like when i will see someone with hight rank, i probably accept him as adim cuz more experience on my server, except situation with a lot of admins , lol

So i have system that rank players automaticaly, like
1 hour = Soldier
5 hours = Segreant
10 hours = Mayor
24 hours = Crazy
1337 hours = LEET

Or something like that CRAZY ranking :D
if i can edit my rankingz = better :D Every help apperinciate

ULX has some plugin called UTime which can be made to do that... At least that's what I remember.
