Alright, on [url]http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/[/url] there are hundreds of downloads to be downloaded. However, I have downloaded several, extracted/dragged files into the correct directories and they apear in the 'Q' menu on flat_grass servers. Although when I click them they don't spawn etc, the icons are there but they won't spawn.
The props need to be on the server to be able to use them.

Well this doesn't have much do to with downloading props, just the fact that he can't spawn them.
This is an obvious question, but that doesn't mean you have to be rude.
The server must have the props for them to spawn, and the client must have them to see them, unless they are downloaded from the server.
