Is there any way I can restrict people from spawning anything from the Q menu besides Props (unless they're admin)? Cause I'm getting tired of people spawning vehicles and running into people's things. Also, I use ULX

Alas, that would require moderate coding somewhere. The Stranded gamemode did this in a way, not exactly but they changed the way people spawn things so you could learn from the stranded gamemode.
