I've been all over the net trying to get Sniper's stuff into Gmod. I've extracted the files from from the .GCF and copied them just about everywhere, still they won't show up on my spawn list. Can anyone give me a step by step on how they did it? Please and Thank You!
They dont show on the spawnlist unless you edit the spawnlist :downs:
Use the Browse tab
I did use the brows tab, the only thing that shows up under props_movies is the alert board from Meet the Spy.

ALERT! A RED SPY IS IN THE BASE!
Anyway. I think it's possible to spawn TF2 props using the console.
I think it's: spawn [model path]
Just go into .CGF scape to find the model path. It may be time consuming but maybe some models will be listed on tf2.wiki.com so you can use steam ingame browser to work?
Or you can just write down on a peice of paper the model paths.

WE NEED TO PROTECT THE BRIEFCASE!
I don't know but I found a prop pack that apparantly has all the TF2 props in. That includes unlock weapons, hats, map props. EVERYTHING.
I have yet to try this out my self but it looks good

WE NEED TO PROTECT THE BREIFCASE!!!
I downloaded it, now all my TF2 stuff is in a nice easy to find order. Still no Sniper stuff... It's probably a very simple process to get that stuff in game, but I'm such and idiot when it comes to computers.

YO! A lil' help over here!?!
I found this on the STEAM forums:
[QUOTE]1. Open up the SourceSDK.gcf in GCFScape.
2. Go to "game_content".
3. Go to Team Fortress 2.
4. Extract the "models" and "materials" to your GMod directory.
5. ????
6. PROFIT![/quote]
You can try it. Other than that I couldn't find anything else.

Where in the Gmod directory? Like I said I'm dumb with computers, I need step by step instructions with big clearly labeled pictures [\exaggeration]. Thanks for all your help by the way!

[INCOOOOMIIIIIIIIIIIING]
Uh it just means the General directory. So where you get to steammaps>[username]>garrysmod>garrysmod
THAT main directory with all the files in. Just dump everything in there.
No problem on the help btw :)
[AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA] Hey it's still here! [AAAAAaaalllll right then...]
Still nothing. But now I've broken something. My TF2 ragdolls can no longer be face or finger posed... I spawned an Alyx and she poses just fine. AAAAAArrrrrrg I just knew I'd break it somehow. Is there a way to reset everything without buying a new copy of Gmod?

*ahem* Gentlemen
It seems I have come to the end of my usefulness. I have no idea what can be done. I'll still try and help anyway I can :)
