why cant people download the skins and models good?

i have the paintball mod in my server. but when people join and spawn the gun, they get a error!

also for some other sweps!

and when i shoot a paintball. it also generates a error..

Make sure you have all the models and textures for your mod. Also, get a sv_downloadurl so when people connect they get what the server needs. Also, I'm just guessing so...
