How do I "force" players to listen to my mp3 player when they're on my server?

Does anyone know exactly? And where I can get an MP3 player for gmod [mine is broken]. I want people to listen to the stuff I have. Noob question for a person who's played Gmod for 3 years but I'm a bit rusty at lua and was curious if anyone knew a simpler way.
why would you force people to listen to what you have? just pute it through the mic.
HLSS or HLDJ. Or, if it's your server, you can make a jukebox out of lua.

Does anyone have any pre-developed Jukeboxes on here? It seems to be quite useful, essentially for your own little server radio's.
If you want to play the music with lua then you're going to have to make all the clients download the song.

^ Is only suitable if you don't mind the high risk of crashing your clients. (With certain sites anyway)

Because downloading it from a website SURE ISN'T DOWNLOADING IT nope not at all you can listen to music automagically without any downloading involved!

The joys of Windows XP.
If everyone used Windows 7, we would have no problems xD

YES LETS MOVE EVERYONE TO A PRE RELEASE OS, GREAT IDEA!
:ughh:
It's an awesome OS, I see no reason not to use it :P
1) No memory errors ----> No crashing from OpenURL
2) Easier to use
3) Is awesome. Need I say more?

It's still a pre release os. Just it being awesome doesn't mean everyone should use it.
Weed is awesome, why don't you use it?
Weed ruins your life. Windows 7 does not ruin your PC.

I'm still seeing people who have problems with using Windows 7, in the Win7 thread. Why don't you lurk farther in this forum then the Garry's mod section.

Also weed doesn't ruin your life. Ask obama.

Weed most definately does not ruin your life. McDonalds ruins your life more than weed.
Exo-sounds is a nice easy choice and is perfect for what you want.

Try getting custom programs written in DELPHI 3 and designed for WINDOWS 95 on that.

I've had Windows 7 for around a month now, and it only BSODs once every few days, because my PC is ~7 years old.

Yea. That's stable alright.
I have been running a few builds of windows 7 and now the release candidate no BSODs and no extra drivers needed to be installed :3 (Was a office pc but meh.)
I had the same on XP.

What kind of self centered prick would force people to listen to their music?
Looking back at my post i actually think now that if exo-sounds is installed noobs constantly spam servers which use it so i'd be careful.

To avoid whiney shit like "omg stop music" or "omg that music sucks".
Listen to it or get out.

I started using hlss about a year or so ago and just the other week i tried hldj and hated it. For someone who is used to pressing shortcut keys for about 200 sounds that they have accumulated over the year or so that they have been using hlss, hldj is REALLY annoying. I dont understand why you should have to have all your sounds in the one folder and have to use the CONSOLE to choose them or bind them to a key. i stopped using it after about 5 seconds when i got the same problem as you.
*EDIT*
hlss was last updated in 2001 (i think) and im not sure about hldj but it is plain to see why it hasnt been updated.
Its all good, I got it working. Bit loud but its better then hearing static.
