Getting the crossbow working for npcs

I've almost solved the problem with the crossbow not working with the npcs but I still have a few problems to solve

Only the female characters can reload the crossbow but doesn't do any damage when fired

The male characters have the same damage problem but they just fire a single shot then continuously fire with empty ammo

here is the code that I used to make the crossbow almost work
