It seems to happen, when I spawn a few of NPC's over time, not always at once
It doesn't go away till I change map (Or just close the game all together)
I would say its my Video card over heating.. but it doesn't really look like artifacts.

That happens to me after long playing periods of graphically stressful situations. I would also like to know the answer.
It's your graphics card overheating. Or seems to be.
