Not sure if there is anything for the iPhone, but it would probably be easy to make if you know what you're doing.
Ok, some people are pushing the 'There's an app for that' WAY too far...
Ohh, and it costs $100 a year for the iPhone SDK, so unless it's dire urgency... Then I doubt it...
EDIT: Although, if you can make a .php that updates it on a webpage, then you could reach it through the web browser.
