Garry's Mod keeps randomly crashing when I play it. I have no idea why its doing this... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. It's not just Garry's Mod, CS:S, TF2 and just about every other thing I play, including my internet browser, all crash frequently with no explaination.
Hmmm, sounds like spyware or a virus if you ask me.

What...
If your internet browser also crashes, it sounds like a problem with Windows, which could be because of a virus. Try doing a virus scan
I checked, there is no virus.
I have the same processor, however... My graphic card, which is 8800GT, makes me crash sometimes.
I'm really sure it's your graph card.
Type -dxlevel 81 in the launch proprieties and see what happens.

It didn't help...
What I'll say may be stupid, but isn't it a temperature problem?
I don't think a temperature problem would make his internet browser crash, but anyway, star firefox, check temps with HWmonitor. You can get HWmonitor here http://www.cpuid.com/download/hwmonitor/HWMonitor_114_setup.exe

I meant a blocked fan or something like that, of course I doubt Firefox can crash a PC with high operations :)
