some props were replaced by effects,so many adv. duplications are broken!

move all addons to a folder outside of gmod, put just phx3 in and test, it not works re download it
What props are changed to effects, that way we know if its a bug or not.
the 1x2 metal props and the engine model(not the xqm one,i mean the one that is in the usefull stuff.)
