Sound Emitter is an addon. I'm not sure how you add sounds, tried putting a .mp3 where the rest of the sounds are?

Yeh what Jugger said. I'm pretty certain that if you add a couple of your own mp3 sounds into the folder where the rest are located, they'll show up and be usable in game.

anything in your "sounds" folder..

you can hear.. even if the sound isnt on the server and nobody else can hear it...
so if lol.mp3 is in your "sounds" then you can hear it..
