If anyone is interested in starting one with me, I have great ideas and I think it can be very successful but I need to help on downloading scripts and lua and things like that. I have most of the basics down and have setup a server of mine already. PM Me if your interested in helping out and being an admin.
I don't think anyone really requires ANOTHER DarkRP server.

Why is there another thread like this posted every single day? No-one here likes DarkRP. >.>
It happens all the time, then the question that everyone asks always comes up, "So basically you want someone to do everything for you in return for a rank?" and then there's complaining about money, ownership, etc.
If you want a good server, join over to [MK] Servers, yes, I just so happen to own them, but I promise you, we have hand selected admins, each one with some experience, and we are willing to do what it takes to keep our DarkRP server clear of such dumbasses
