I think so, but I'm not sure. I took a shatload of speedtests to various TX servers and they look promising, but I don't know.

It's my home but for some reason if I choose a place on that site, the download speed goes from 0 to something like 60-150, but the upload speed is my real upload speed.
My real download speed is somewhere between 10 and 15 mb/s

I wish I had speeds like my dedi box. Last time I did a speedtest it clocked in at 200Mbps down, 170Mbps up.
