All maps have them glow? If not, the maps cubemaps suck
If it is your map, add cubemaps on it and run console command "buildcubemaps".
If it's not your map, buildcubemaps or ask the guy who made the map to add cubemaps.
Or then your graphics card just sucks.
Okay, tried another map, I think it was just a cubemap problem.
