How to make mouse controlled turret on car?

How to make turret mouse controlled on hl2 car called in gmod "Jeep"?
Link to tutorial or explanation would be appreciated

I use Adv. pod controller, and only know how to make mouse 1 fire the turret, but i dont know how to make wired wheel with these turrets turn.

EDIT:
Some nil value error popped when i was playing gmod. It appears every time i choose normal gmod tool (and tools dont work). And, it happens only on one saved game. In new game there are no problems.
