I cant open the prop spawn menu on multi player but i can in singleplayer

Hello facepunchers i cant open the prop spawn menu on multi player but i can in single player and no the sever has the menu on so dont comment about that

Are you in a RP game? May be a stupid question but it doesn't open in RP's usually ony build servers.
