How do you import ragdolls from other sourcemods?

I am creating a WW2 comic, and I require models and textures from the sourcemod "Resistance and Liberation". I've already put the models in my garrysmod>garrysmod>models folder, and put all my materials in my garrysmod>garrysmod>materials>models folder, but whenever i spawn the ragdoll, it is always invisible. I can still pick it up, but I just can't see it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
