That's not an official garrysmod site, and most of those files can be found at garrysmod.org, if you haven't pirated.

You tried to access the address [url]http://www.gmodfiles.com/?browse[/url], which is currently unavailable. Please make sure that the Web address (URL) is correctly spelled and punctuated, then try reloading the page.
Make sure your Internet connection is active and check whether other applications that rely on the same connection are working.

tl;dr: Only the exceptionally dumb pirates will be caught out by it - if they get their hands on YouStream (Which they won't)
Just use FPSBanana.com, they have some good Gmod stuff to download, and FileFront might have some Garry's Mod stuff also.
