I can't join any servers, and when i try, it I'll get this message:
Disconnect: Invalid STEAM UserID Ticket. So, does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks for help!

Yes, I bought it from Steam.
do you get it when you try to re-join the server?
Delete everything except in your steam folder besides from the steamapps folder and steam.exe.

Doesn't always work. It's better deleting everything else as well.
Valve have been playing with Steam Cloud in preperation for L4D2 etc, and thus some peoples tickets have been screwed up. Quite a few of my friends have had this problem also.
Hmm it seems that I can't join my friends server, others work now fine. Thanks for help guys. :D
Happened to me too. Restarting steam fixed it for me.
