When I join a online game on Garry's mod or go in single player I am unable to load up the menu in game to spawn items in, I cant change my weapon but it says they are there and my physics gun is the only thing out and it doesn't shoot the beam or anything?

I have uninstalled and re installed 3 times and is the same

Do you have any addons creating errors? Check your console.
