Okay, so i try running gmod and when i do, it just says "This game is unavailable, please try again later" But my friends are playing so It's just me.
This isn't just for gmod, it did the same for CSS too. I've tried restarting steam and everything! Why is this happening?
thats creepy, i got this error often but for me its enough to restart steam so i can't help you srsly

Delete Clientregistry.blob and restart steam
Did you pay for Gmod? If not my friend used a crack to get most Steam games but he usually got that error when trying to install/play Gmod.

I fixed it now...i just reinstalled steam now it all works fine.
