please help me my gmod was working fine the today when i start it will say preparing to start gmod. after that my screen flashes once and no gmod . help Ive uninstalled steam and gmod then re installed with no success
how is your ram. are you low? it might also be a virus
Reinstalling won't do a thing unless you delete the steam/steamapps/username/garrysmod folder. Just save your maps folder to your desktop or whatever, then put it back when you reinstall it.

I think i got something like this. I click the garrysmod start icon, the loading window starts but no HL2 process comes up, neither any garrysmod. It worked fine yesterday though and i havent played online since a couple of days ago, so it couldent be any lua virus. I have tried renaming my garrysmod/garrysmod folder. Nothing.
