I guess they are up there, because only having one mirror can break.
You can test wich one is the fastest.

A "mirror" is a download mirror. This simply means it is the same file uploaded on a different site. It is not separate parts of a download. It's really just for if one site has a shockingly low download speed, you can choose a different site to download from.
Mirror 2 works lightning for me. :)
