cannot load counterstrike object

I was playing gmod today and for some reason i cannot spawn counterstrike or tf2 objects, anyone know what could be wrong/

I tried reinstalling but samething happend and yes i have them both installed

Are they mounted in Garry's Mod Settings?

1- You have to have played BOTH games at least once and have them installed.
2- They have to be mounted on Gmod. Click Gmod Settings (NOT OPTIONS) in the Gmod menu.
3- Some servers don't have CSS and TF2 models, so you can't spawn models in a server that doesn't have them.

Actually, I mounted TF2 on my Gmod once and it only downloaded the models, but it still worked in Gmod.
