Well as we have seen it, is it just me or has every other gamemode that has been put out RP? I mean really guys RP has its fun and all but I would like to see more things I am not putting them down or nothing there just so overused none of these gamemodes get big, the only real ones I have actually seen are DarkRP and Taco those two are the really only popular ones you really see. How about something new guys? Facepunch needs more orginal gamemodes.

What I find more interesting is how many of the new RP gamemodes seem to be made by new lua coders, in the generalization that the new lua coders seem to be making rp gamemodes as their first projects. It would really be nice for the new lua coders to try something else, especially when you consider that 90% of rp gamemodes don't make it anywhere due to the coders quitting, and they might not quit if they had a more original idea.

I have noticed that aswell, You would think you would want to make something interesting than beating a dead horse.
Well, as an experienced Lua coder, I hope to release my public RP gamemode in order to stop all of the current RP buzz and let the other coders get on with their lives. :v:

Well to be all fair, I would rather see something new than.. RP =C
Well, as the lead coder of my clan, I feel its my duty to code an RP script considering its an RP clan >_<
This is why I await both Cosmos and Waterworld with great anticipation.
If you were including releases, you could add DarkRP, CakeScript, Roleplay World's "Serious Roleplay", Sstrp, Cider, Kiwi, CCRPM, AtomicRP, EpicRP, KingRP, MatrixRP, and the Middle Ages. I mean, Christ.
...21 in total (mine + slim's list).

Sadly that is futile, If you want to combat DarkRP... Make something orginal rather than using a same old topic over and over... It is like watching a movie a hundred times...
What do you want to see? As a coder since gmod10 got released I would consider making another type of gamemode than rp, I just never had any idea of another gamemode thingy.
