I got an idea for a Gmod Short in like 3 Months.
I go to edit scout, and I clicked Randomized Expression, and his face remained emotionless.
I tried this with Heavy as well, so I presumed the were bugged...
I downloaded PHX3 recently, So I am thinking that conflicted with it somehow, so I deleted it, but the Models still remain emotionless.
I tried reinstalling Gmod, also. But that didn't work.
Can anyone help me? Thanks!

Update/Verify/Reinstall TF2.
Maybe it was the fact that you had Expression scale set to 1 or something else low, but not 20, that will just screw it up even more.

1 is default
so anything below 1 will be bad
Your graphic settings are just too low. Make 'em higher.
Try to set the "Expression scale" on 0.1 - 0.2" and try pressing randomize, or press randomize first, then change it.
