Player models: Left 4 Dead Survivors

I could not find any survivor player models with working animations (e.g. no t-pose bugs et cetera).

Can anyone link me to proper ones?

I guess the second one, have seen a pic of people using them. Maybe I find some on a server, thanks anyways.
