I think the general advice is, if you used a cheat that was coded in Lua, and didn't use any DLLs to load your cheat, then you should be fine.

It isn't just a sandbox game anymore, there are other game modes out there (e.g. trouble in terrorist town, deathmatch, fortwars, etc) which using cheats in it would be unfair and ruin the game for others.
So many stupid question these days.
Why would you want to cheat?
